Idei pentru managerii romani

Dupa aventurile mele de prin UK si Tenerife am invatat ca modul in care se simte un angajat la firma pentru care lucreaza este mai important decat banii si contractele pe care le are compania (angajatii sunt vazuti ca niste oameni nu ca niste masini de produs “chestii”). Asa ca managerii firmelor care au inteles acest lucru aplica unele reguli precum :

  1. Ziua de vineri este zi scurta, 6-7 ore;
  2. Odata pe saptamana pauza de masa se ia pe grupuri, iar aceste grupuri merg sa ia pranzul impreuna si sa mai socializeze (nu in sediul firmei);
  3. Seful nu pune presiune pe angajati, oricat de in urma ar fi proiectul;
  4. Angajatii primesc un cadou din partea firmei de ziua lor;
  5. Intr-un birou comun se asculta muzica (dintr-o singura sursa);
  6. Nivelul salariilor este unul mediu, nu prea mic pentru a nu face angajatul ca sa se gandeasca la schimbarea jobului dar nici prea mare pentru a nu pune presiune pe angajat;
  7. O data la 7-8 saptamani se face Team Building;
  8. Se fac unele “regui interne” care sa binedispuna si motiveze angajatul (ex. angajatul lunii, prima de merit);

Acum e randul tau… spune-mi cate dintre aceste lucruri se aplica in cadrul firmei in care lucrezi. Daca sunt mai putin de jumatate… imi pare rau, dar pentru manager bancnota de verde e mai importanta decat omul care o produce. Trist.

    Of,abia astept sa te vad mare patron al unei firme care merge extraordinar ca urmare a masurilor de management corect implementate! TE voi ruga sa ma angajezi, macar pe post de caine de paza. Nu conteaza salariul, ci atmosfera si conditiile de munca! Grabeste-te, vreau sa fiu fericit! :) )

    Nu ai cum sa implementezi chestii de genu la o frima din Romania pentru ca romanului i se urca la cap. Si presiune tot timpul va fi pentru ca altfel nu duci la bun sfarsit ce ti-ai propus

    In afara de 1. si 7. (Team Building de 2 ori pe an, de obicei cand suntem vizitati de olandezi) pot spune ca avem parte de toate celelalte puncte enumerate de tine :)
