Mesaj pentru toate doamnele de la HR

Tocmai a inceput saptamana, e luni seara si am primit deja doua oferte pentru a ma angaja. Prima oferta a venit prin email, de la o firma unde mi-am depus CV-ul in urma cu vreo 3 luni, pentru un post in care aveam vreo 5 ani de experienta. Nu m-au contactat deloc. Azi insa, mi-au trimis un email ca sa ma intrebe daca sunt interesat de un post mai avansat. In momentul in care le-am adus aminte de aplicatia mea s-au scuzat. A doua propunere a venit prin telefon, de la o firma la care am aplicat acum mai bine de un an, pentru un internship. Nu am primit nici de aici raspuns, totusi acum ar avea nevoie de cineva pe postul pentru care m-as fi pregatit eu la acel internship. Pe aceasta cale vreau sa le transmit doamenlor de la HR, ca dupa ce imi dau add pe LinkedIn, sa se uite atent la profilul meu, la faptul ca am ajuns recent intr-o noua firma (deci e putin probabil sa plec deja) si la data la care am trimis un eventual CV.

In al doilea rand, nu inteleg de ce trebuie sa existe 3 interviuri pentru a angaja o persoana. Primul dintre ele e cel mai inutil, cel cu doamna de la HR, in care esti intrebat niste chestii atat de stupide incat iti e rusine (de ce pleci de la firma actuala, daca ai teminat facultatea x, asa cum scrie in CV, daca ai facut Y lucruri pe care le ai scrise in CV…). Interviul tehnic e chiar recomandat, dar cel cu managerul firmei e la fel de penibil ca primul.

Pe langa asta, cunosc o multime de oameni cu potential (doamnele de la HR sa caute in dictionar), care nu au experienta foarte mare sau nu au lucrat la companii multinationale pana acum. Ei bine, vreau sa le spun doamnelor de la HR sa isi scoata capul din fund, sa revina din pauzele de 2 ore, sa inchida serialele de pe laptop, sa fie atente la cine le trimite CV-uri si mai ales la persoanele care vin la interviuri. Potentialul de a invata si seriozitatea sunt cu mult peste faptul ca ai o experienta de doi ani la o firma de smecheri.

Si ca totul sa fie bine, ar trebui ca si cei de la stat sa treaca printr-un interviu, pentru ca sunt multi analfabeti directori. Ca exemplu, pot sa va dau modul de exprimare al unui inspector de specialitate, responsabil cu integrarea europeana, dintr-o primarie resedinta de judet !!! Mai jos e un fragment dintr-un email trimis de sarmanul retardat, angajat ca specialist la primarie:

din pacate site -ul este in haus…………nu apar aranjate, toate sunt imprestiete, incearca sa le aduni si sa respecti cum ti am sugerat, ma intereseaza si design-ul. aicea ma refer la activitati, ia ca model…

Acum, stiind ca cineva are un job care consta in statul degeaba (HR) si ca sunt directori care se ocupa de fonduri UE, fara sa fii terminat clasa a 5-a, poti sa te simti ca un adevarat specialist.

    Nu pot sa fiu de acord chiar cu tot ce ai zis, dar 3 interviuri pentru un post si intrebarile gen “Ce-o sa faci peste 5 ani?” chiar sunt enervante…
